Islamic State Attacks Natural Gas Plant Near Baghdad

Islamic State attacked a natural gas plant near Baghdad today. The attack appeared to be a strategic move to cause problems for the Iraqi government. It is the latest in a string of bombings in and around Baghdad.

The AP reports that 14 people were killed in the attacks. The attack also damaged buildings at the site. ABC News reports that the total damage at the site is still being determined.

The attack on the natural gas plant comes as the U.S. says ISIS is start to shrink and lose control over territory. Take a look:
